When is it going to happen?
I try on my old clothes every two weeks, and they fit better, but still can't get my 18 jeans zipped. I can wear my new 18 capris and they have fitted waist. Is it just jeans? Could it be that they are 10 years old? Have the sizes changed? My old dresses are loose through the shoulders and bust. My problem is my huge abdomen. Sigh....
I keep reading about members who miss out on wearing certain clothing, because they became to big over night. It hasn't happend to me yet. I suppose I haven't lost enough weight yet.
I was thinking I would loose a size with every 20lbs or so. I have come down from a 22 elastic waist jean to an 18 elastic waist jean, so I know it is coming off, and the measurements are showing it. I'm just frustrated, because I don't want to spend money on clothing right now.
Thanks for letting me vent.

Actually, the sizing of clothing has changed in the last 10 years. I was reading an article that the manufacturers are putting smaller tags bigger sizes so women would feel better about themselves, ie, a size 6 tag on a size 8 dress. But, I think that was just the smaller sizes. When I was at my top weight, I couldn't even wear 100% denim jeans, because I was too fat in the abdomen. That's my problem area too. Of the 60 pounds I've lost since 2/3, I think almost all of it was boobs and butt. So I am having the same problem with jeans. In knits, I can wear a 26/28 and it's loose now, where before I had to wear a 30/32 and it was tight then. I think it may be the way jeans are constructed, so for now, I'm just trying to chill and wait til I can fit a 26/28 jean. I don't feel so bad if I only have to pay $20 for a pair at Wal-mart, vs $50 at the mall.
