Vitamin E

It was recommened by my hairdresser to take Vit. E to help with dry hair and nails. Can we take ANY vitamins? Should I consult my PCP or surgeon first?

Yes, check with doctor first. Vitamin E can thin the blood so may not be a good option.

i don't know if it would help, but you can buy vitamin e oil. i've used it on scars. maybe it would work.......
