Hey everyone, it has now been 7 weeks and I am so excited that I have lost 54 pounds to date. Has it been easy? NO! But, it is much easier than I thought. I love the EAS myoplex lite ready to drink shakes with 23 g of protein per shake and I drink 2 per day and eat only protein and veges right now. I am cheating a bit with crackers and cheese nips lately. Working out with cardio 6 times a week for 35 min. each day. Doing light weights with legs only. I will not do full weights until the end of May. Loving how the clothes are coming right off of me. It has not been easy, finding that I dump on alot of foods and have gotten sick approx. 8 times per week. I do not regret this and having the right positive mind is the key. GOOD LUCK@@!!!!

Great Job Craig!! I am running parallel with you, but I have not been too strick on myself about the veggies (they make me sick-most of the time), I have added prunes (I have a high cheese diet). I usually up to 2 times per week, 8 seems very high. I am only concerned that you are trying too many things at once. Usually when I dump, I try to figure out why. If I have eaten that food many times before then I probably ate too fast or swallowed too much air while I was eating. If it is a new food, then I give it another chance later, but with caution to chew more and eat slowly. I have only been trying high protein foods so they are of value to my diet and to add variety. Eggs have made me soooo sick 3 times, 1st time scrambled-I thought I ate too fast, 2nd time was hard-boiled so I thought the consistency was too thick and dry, 3rd time poached--gonna give up on eggs now . Have you noticed a pattern with foods containing milk---some people become lactose intolerant after the surgery. You are doing awesome with the exercise and the weight loss and I wish you every success--isn't it awesome being on the losing side !!! Dorothy 325/271/165 5'8"
