This is what I had today so far: Breakfast: Yogurt 6oz...80 cal...0 fat...12 carbs...7 prot kashi go lean cereal 1/4c. 48 cal...1 fat...9 carb...2 prot Lunch: Turkey ham 2 deli slices 66 cal...2 fat...1 carb...11 prot Light cream cheese 1/2 oz 30 cal...2 fat...1 carb...2 prot dill pickle spear 5 cal...0 fat...1 carb...0 prot snack fuzzy navel drink 2 cups 180 cal...0 fat...0 carb...46 prot calcium chew 4 carbs So far grand total...cal 429...fat 6...carb 28...prot 68. I think this is a lot of carbs considering I haven't even had dinner. I like to stay under 30. Is this unrealistic? The only thing I can cut out as far as carbs is the yogurt but yogurt is good for you. How can I modify this to be better?

Tooter Toot was just saying that these carb yogurts have no active live cultures and those are good for us. Especially as women. Joanne

Aren't they great!!!! I try to have one each day. In fact that is what I have been using to stir my vitamins into (I take capsule vitamins, so open them up and mix in). Has worked out great for me. Mary

I haven't tried the vanilla yet - do you like it? I have a question about your capsule vitamins - I REALLY need something like that because I GAG on my centrum chewables and I hate my "chocolate" calcium tablets. Please give me info on what you take. THANKS!!!

I haven't tried the vanilla either. I love the raspberries/creme one. Peaches/creme is OK. I use Andrew Lessman's vitamins. It's 5 capsules (my surgeon and my nutritionist OKed these for me). I called the company and they told me the vitamins could be opened up and added to water or food etc and would be fine. Also I can put the whole capsule (all 5 of them) in a blender when I make a protein shake. No real taste to the vitamins when added to the yogurt or a protein drink. His vitamins are available directly thru his company or thru Home Shopping network. I buy from his company and use the Women's Complete vitamins. They have no fillers in them and I have taken these for years. His site is: yourvitamins.com (add http://www to the beginning of it) Mary

Also, you mix all 5 capsules at a time into one yogurt or protien shake?

I just sent you an e-mail with the link to the Maximum Complete Vitamins for women. If mixing with yogurt, I open the 5 capsules and blend well. If mixing in a protein drink, I use a blender and put the whole capsules (all 5) in and blend very well. Add just a smidge of texture and changes the taste just a little bit of the yogurt. Mary
