I tried the Low Carb Past...
I tried the Low Carb Pasta last night. I didn't care for it. The more
I have to chew something, the less flavor it has and that was the
case for this. The first couple of chews were good then after the 4th
to 30th....yuck. So I only had 3 noodles then made myself a
scrambled egg w/cheese...yummy.
My husband liked it, didn't think it was great, but ok. That's
because he doesn't have to chew 30 times! So I don't know who will
eat the leftovers, probably the garbage can. The pasta sauce is used
was low carb and very tasty.
Anyway, that was my experience....just thought I'd share!

I have tried the Keto brand as a pre-op. Eaten alone it wasn't great, however with a sauce and chicken it was OK. Wouldn't rush out to buy it again.
We have a couple of low carb only stores in our area. It is amazing all the low carb things available. My absolute favorite thing was low carb soy flaxseed chips (like corn chips). Oh my goodness, they were better than any nacho chip I have eaten. Even my husband agreed. Trader Joes has them too. Won't buy them often as I'm sure they could be a trigger food for me.
