That is a great first month! I'll take your 33lb. loss over my 25lb loss. Keep up the good work. I'm still tired here and there. Are you taking your vitamins? Debbie -25

NJ Chick, you are doing GREAT. I think some of being tired is that our bodies are still healing and also because we are losing weight. I start vitamins this week (still on liquids for food). No regrets for me either other than I wish I had done it sooner. I can't believe how quickly I have bounced back. When I had my open gall bladder in 89 I was dragging for weeks afterwards. The open RNY was so much easier and my energy level has been strong since coming home. Mary

To those of you were talking about being tired. I was overcome with bouts of tiredness too. But let me tell you... starting week 5 I am totally renewed with extra energy.... I am staying up late, no more naps. Getting a little stir crazy still not being back at work. Sheesh.... before I was going to bed at like 9:30 getting up at 8am, and then having an afternoon nap/rest. It will pass......
