Here we are...all done! Hope everyone is feeling great. I'm water walking 1 hour every day and feel really good. I've lost 30 pounds so far. I am having a bit of trouble progressing to pureed foods, but otherwise, no problems. I was in the hospital an extra day due to my breathing difficulties, not the surgery. Stay in touch! Cheers, Rusty

Rusty, I agree, it seems impossible that the surgery is behind us and the future ahead of us. It seemed to take forever to get there at the time. Congratulations on the weight loss and great exercise routine. I love the water walking too and can't wait to get the go ahead to exercise. Right now only walking for me. Mary

I agree also, it is so great being on the losing side...looking forward to all the positive changes and challenging ourselves to keep at it and go further. I sincerely wish only the best for all of us, it is a major decision and lifestyle change that we have been courageous enough to take, the more success that we have, the better we feel about the time, pain, cost and changes that we have put ourselves through. Good luck to everyone and we have done fantastic so far!!!!

Hi Rusty, I'll be at 4 weeks out tomorrow, Wednesday and today I am feeling better. I've been so tired but have a doctor's appointment today I think my heart med needs to be adjusted, been feeling dizzy, weak and light headed - and nauseous with water and food. I've lost around 26#, can't exercise yet or do any walking - I've been in a wheel chair for the last 5 years, I do have some mobility around the house. I'm hoping when I see my wls doctor, 6 week check up 3/29/04, that he gives me a script to do water exercise. Have a great day everybody. Take care and God bless, Carol 271/245/145
