19 days & 25 lbs

I am 19 days post op and down 25 lbs. Today is my first day back to work. It is going pretty good. I am a little tiered but handleing it. I missed work. I was ready to come back a week ago. I have been very lucky, no problems at all. Thanks for all the well wishes Dana

congrats on your weigt loss i went to visit work today (i teach pre-k) and i misssss my students and co workers, but im in no way ready to go back to work yet. i probably wont go back for at least another month. my surgeon says at *least* 6 weeks, so we shall see!

Congrats, Dana! Way to go! I go to work full time next Monday. At 3 1/2 weeks I've lost 30 lbs. So, we're both doing great. Stay healthy. Hope you're not getting too tired from work. I'm feeling great too...as long as I don't eat. Food is not going down very well right now...but the surgeon had me come in for tests today to check for a stricture...hope not. I'm still water walking 1 hour every day...haven't missed a day since my 2 week check-up! How're you doing, walking around? Best wishes, Rusty P.S. But yours looks fantastic...long red hair and all. Can you tell I'm envious? My red hair just brushes my shoulders. Think I can catch up?
