12 Days & 13 lbs

I had surgery 12 days ago and so far I have lost 13 lbs, still have some tenderness, but otherwise have not had any problems

I had surgery 7 days ago and I am doing well also. It seems like a lot of work to drink all the liquids. My husband is from Clinton,AR originally and we were married in Pine Bluff. Best Wishes for your weight loss journey.

Hi! Last Friday I was 12 lbs down after 14 days- I am about 1 lb a day too! Congratulations!!
