Hey it's been and intersting week to say the least but not as bad a I would have thought, moving around at first seem to be easy and then around the fith day it got alot harder but we came up with and great idea for the 30 minutes of walking that is required the first month, it is so cold there that going out side was not an option but our house is only a ranch w/basement so can't go up and down yet so we put just enough water in the tub that I could act like I was walking and that seems to be working other than that little problem, pain not bad, sleeping not bad, eating okay, protien getting all most all of it in lack about 1/2 a protien shake a day.Need more info just ask. Get my staples out today, can't wait thier a pain, with my dog, his a jumper. Ohay Coughing not a good ting and I just quit smoking a week before surgery so I am still coughing it hurts. Laughing hurt as will but do it as much as you can it make the time go by faster. Good Luck and God Bless All.

Hi, neighbor. I too had my surgery on 2/3/04. Glad to hear your okay. I am starting to feel back to normal my self. I walk locally every day instead of having someone drive me. Good luck with your recovery.
