My surgery is February 25th!

Hi everyone, it's comforting to read your posts and know that I'm not alone as far as being so nervous about the surgery. I know this is the right thing to do, but it is so scary, and yet exciting at the same time. Can I ask, what are you doing to help pass time, and to help with your anxiety? Has anyone gone to their nutrition class yet, and if so, how soon before your surgery are you going to go grocery shopping? I'm even too nervous to do the shopping right now, I can't help it, but I know I need to get there soon. I would love you hear from yas! Good luck to everyone, Rhonda Carter

Hello Rhonda, My name is Bettie and I'm just beginning everything which makes me very NEW. I haven't set a surgery date yet, just going through the initial process. Hi Rhinda , My name is Ericka and I am having surgery on the 2/23 and for last month I have been really nervous to. In my city they have a local support meeting group and I found once I started meeting people post op face to face it really helped me. Theese women and men looked great and now I can not wait to be part of loosing side... As far as passing time between kids school and work i have no free time.. I dont know about your surgeon but mine requires me to be on a liquid diet 5 days before and 5 days after. so i have to go shopping before surgery....Take care Rhonda and Goodluck to ya....Ericka
