I'm home, I'm sore, but I'm home!

I was able to get home Saturday afternoon. It was an open RXY. He had to take out my gallbladder too and there was a DUCK-EGG sized gallstone in there that came out!!!! (Well THAT was an easy 5 lbs!!) I'm so sore and it hurts so much to get in and out of bed, but I'm just going to have to keep reminding myself that this will be better. BUT I'M HOME NOW!!!

Congrats Judi; You're a courageous soul. Have faith that the soreness will pass. My women friends have always told me that giving birth is a painful thing, but that you soon forget the pain when you see the result. You have just given birth to yourself and the best is yet to come. My surgery is in 24 hours, so I guess I'll see you on the losing side. God bless, Bob

Congratulations on a good surgery. I know you are sore but it will pass. Two of the ladies at my office have done this and they said it goes pretty quick. I am so happy for you and I will be joining you on the losing side in a couple of weeks. Just keep you chin up and do your walking. Susan
