Feb.2...THIS Monday !

Hi all. Just found this website tonight and can't believe how many of you are also on 2/2. Somehow there is comfort in numbers and knowing that we will all be praying for each other. Am I the only one crazy enough to not be scared. All I feel is excited and happy that this part will be over soon. Guess all that waiting had the effect of delaying my fear reaction. I'm psyched I suppose. Can't wait to get started....can't wait to get into clothing found in other than the "Woman"s department ! Can't wait to feel better and lose these aches.....yep.....I'M READY !!! GOD BLESS US ALL. sunny

Hi!!! Welcome to the site! I have been using it for about 3 months now and i love it. I look foward to reading and getting reply support from others going through what i am. My Surgery is February 23rd 3 weeks away!!!! I know i am extremley nervous and i am sure you are too. Relax and take comfort in knowing that you will be feeling much better soon and oh yes- no more going to the large womens section! What a thrill that will be i can't waite either! I'll be right behind you, on Feb 3. Good luck to you,and see you on the "losing" side!! And no, if you're crazy for not being scared, then I am too. I'm more excited to know that I will be able to do the things I used to do, and that I will now have a chance of living as long as my ancestors and my grandparents did.

I feel the same way...I too have surgery scheduled for 2/2, and I am not a bit afraid, Im simply not worried, only excited!! So maybe we are both crazy!! LOL Best wishes to you! Im sure our positive attitudes will serve us well. -Kim
