ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE FOR 2-17-04

It's only 19 more days to go and I am so excited. I'm doing all I can to get prepared but still have some more testing to go through. I am so excited that it seems I'm on this site all the time and I realize that I am not alone. BOY THAT FEELS GOOD!!!!! Well talk more later. February 17 is only 19 days to go...WOW.

well, im not on the 17th but actually my surgery date is scheduled for the 11th of feb and im with you nervous, excited and scared all at the same time, good luck hon lets hang in there together Wendy Milton, Florida

I'm a February 17'er too! I'm also doing the countdown....19 more days! I have my pre-op on 2/6, and I hope that goes well, since I've been going through this process since 12/02! It's been a long journey, but I'm sure it will be worth it. Good luck to you, and make sure and post when you're post-op and let us know how you're doing! Marcia from MN (It's -21 degrees here burr)

Mine is on the 17th too. I go for my pre-op testing on the 10th. Wish me luck, I have 4 more of the 20 pounds I need to lose before the 10th. I am thinking about an all liquid diet next week. I have got to lose these last 4 pounds or doc will cancel surgery.

Hi Evelyn, Mine is the same day! I have completed my nutrition class, group discussion with my doctor, the one on one with my doctor and the psych evaluation. The only things left are my pre-ops which are scheduled for this monday, Feb 2nd.
