I was wondering if anyone knows of some food or a diet plan that I could try. My surgery is in about three weeks and I have been working out everyday, but I gained 5 pounds and I am freaking out cuz I don't want them to cancel my surgery. I don't understand how I am gaining weight even though I am doing water aerobics and carbio. I am so stressed out, please help. If you write back please send the diets or foods in the email. I have looked at diets you order, but they won't get here in time, I need info. now....

I have been doing a low fat version of Atkins, and lost 16lbs in about 2 weeks. I stayed below 20 carbs a day and drank lots of water!! Good Luck, Sarah

Hi, I have been doing the Atkins Diet. Low Carb, High Protein the past two months, I didn't gain any weight but lost 2 pounds. I just went to my surgeon today for the final visit BEFORE surgery and he said I am doing just fine and everything is a "GO" for the surgery on the 5th of February. Good luck to you and stay away from sweets and starches. Oh BTW, I found CARB COUNTDOWN in WAL-MART and it tastes GREAT. Both the Chocolate milk and the low fat milk. I am no longer going to buy REAL Milk any longer. Even my husband loves Carb Countdown !! Again, good luck on your diet and God be with you for your surgery.
