HELP MY INSURANCE IS BEIN...

HELP MY INSURANCE IS BEING VERY DIFFICULT AND MY DATE IS APPROACHING FAST.

My insurance was slow. It took them 6 weeks. The days dragged by. I finally kept calling them and also the doctor's office to find out what the delay was. The insurance said that they did not receive it and the doctor said they did. The doctor sent 1 letter and faxed 2 copies. Kinda hard to overlook a fax buzzing. Hope you hear soon, Susie

I did all the foot work myself, I had copies of everything from everyone... I sent my medical information to BTC, I also sent all the information to the insurance company. I didn't want to rely on anyone to do it for me...I needed this done, so I did what I had to do in addition to what the Doctors' Offices and BTC were doing on their ends...If someone said they didn't have something, I sent it again. I stayed on the phone with people to be sure that they had what they needed...I was very persistent, maybe too persistent, but here I am, 116 pounds lighter and much happier. GOOD LUCK!!!
