lucky number 7!..happy anniversary everyone!

& years ago today we all decided enough was enough!..hope everyone is doing well!....i am very unhappy with my weight gain, but it's been a very hard year of healing and heartbreak....no excuses, but i am going to turn things arund so i don't gain back the entire ammount!...good luck to all!

    I am on the road all week/sometimes weeks at a time.
This week I went to the gym for 2 hours so far.  i am committed to looking forward and making each day one day closer to happily ever after.  That PAST stuff belongs there bc I cannot relive it ... what is on the horizon is partially of my making ... SERENITY PRAYER going through my head as I type.

LET's DO THIS!!  We are women ... HEAR us R  O  A  R!!!!!

Yes how time flys..I too have gained some weight but I feel good with it. Will be getting on the ball soon.
