Happy 6th Anniversary!

hard to believe it's been 6 years already, but here we are!....as i know many of you have experienced a very successful recovery, there are many who have struggled with rebound weight, as well as other health issues. I am recovering from what should have been a simple hernia/tummy tuck surgery, that has opened up and i am now on a wound vac...i had 5 hernias!
my weight slowly crept up over the years, but i am hopeful that after healing i will be able to get back into a routine of healthy eating and exercise again!....don't give up!! just make sure you're happy, no matter what the scale says!...i know alot of miserable skinny people!!..lol!!
