Sarah,
At the end of your posts, you will see a "search" button. Click on it and it will show you the last 100 messages you posted/responded to.
You really should contact your surgeon too if you are losing and concerned about getting below a healthy weight. Yes, it can happen. I know a couple of people at our WLS support group in CA had the same issue and they were told to add in more carbs until they stopped losing. It is a balancing act allowing you to maintain.

I posted about loosing too much weight and am continuing to lose still, I am losing on average I would say about a lb a week... Sounds like nothing, but I am sick to death of people tell me that I am getting too thin!
I feel like I eat all day and Im eating Carbs.. not sure what to do but if you figure somthing out please let me know.. Im ready to stop losing.. Not ready to gain any, but definatly ready to stop losing.
Good luck and keep in contact!
I had that same problem with people telling me that I look sick..."oh you are too thin are you ok?" I think some of these people are used to seeing us big and think that we couldn't actually get the weight off. I hope that you all find the answer on how to maintain without gaining the weight back. I am on a plateau now and wish I was a "loser" again.
