Need Help with Friday Check Ins

Hi, I am going to need help the next 3 Fridays. My brother & my niece will be here for a 2 weeks visit, so don't know how often I will have computer time. Hoping that some of you will help by posting the Friday check in to help keep it going. I haven't seen my brother in years, altho we talk often. My niece comes every summer for a visit. Both have had WLS, my niece just a couple of months ago. This will be the first time my brother has seen me after my surgery and the first time I have seen my niece since her surgery. Can't wait to see them. Hope it cools down a bit. The area is expecting 110 and 111 degree weather the next 10 days. Thank goodness for the pool and my exercise bike so that I can work out in the cool. Hope all of you are doing GREAT and that many of you will come out of lurking status and post. Let us know what is going on with you, is life going fantastic or are you having some struggles? Mary
