Busy day, so just dropping by to see how everyone is doing? My week was good. Kept up with the vitamins and exercise. Today I tried doing the Billy Blanks Boot Camp tape ... YIKES, was it tough. Not for someone with arthritis for sure. Rode the exercise bike for 30 minutes too. Have a great week ... post and let us know how you are doing.

Hey Happy Saturday! Better late than never. I have been drinking that icy h20 and it is great. I found these vitamins yesterday at the pharmacy and am going to try them out and take them to the dr to check out they are strips like the mint strips you put on your tongue and they disolve right on your tongue I am going to incorporate them with my regular vitamins that I am taking now. I am going to look for a walking DVD or even yoga. That will be incorporated in my goal in the next couple of weeks have to find and interesting tape first. Doing good so far. I guess people are out and about excersizing I hope that is the reason they are not posting. Keep up the good work and hope your goals are met this week. Love Annette

Annette, Tell us more about the vitamins ... name, company that makes them. I would like to know more about them. They sound GREAT. Also will be interested in hearing more about what your doctor says about them too. Walk away the pounds is a great indoor "walking" tape. You can do the exercises in your home in front of the TV. Never tried yoga, but many love it. Mary
