Hernia Repair and TT

I don't often post but considering that I just went through a major reconstruction event, I thought I'd share it with you. I am one week post op from a ventral hernia repair and TT. My surgeon used an anchor cut. The surgery site is looking good. My first drain was removed yesterday. My new belly button confuses me. I am feeling good. I had heard that the TT recovery was definitely more painful than WLS. Thank goodness for the new meds to help ease the pain. Sounds like you are doing well. 9 lbs of skin ... WOW, isn't it amazing how much extra skin their is. Once in a while I consider a TT, but don't want to do seriously consider it until I know I won't lose any more weight.
