Hey All
Just wanted to say hi to all, and I am sorry for not posting, but I have not done well lately. My Grandmother passed away on Monday and I have been dealing with that, and trying to get through eatting, I get so sick every time I try to eat and up on my left side, it hurts so bad I cry everyday. I will go see Dr Cooks office maybe Monday and see if I cant get some help. Take care all and God Bless, Sherry
Leeanne,
Since you are still losing, would you mind sharing what a typical day of eating is for you.
I understand your concern about exercise and losing more weight, but remember you need to build your muscles up so that you don't lose muscle mass as you lose weight. Not exercising can impact your heart as it is muscle. How about doing some strength training/working with weights???? That might be a good solution to getting exercise in and to build the muscles.

I've been thinking about you Sherry, and still praying for you, too. I'm so sorry to hear about your grandmother. I'm glad you're going to see Dr. Cook about your eating problems and the pain, that's nothing to wait on, see him as soon as possible, have the hospital page him if it gets really bad this weekend. Are you keeping liquids down? It's very easy to get dehydrated at this stage so try to keep sipping all the time if you can.

Hi Sherry
You said you have pain on your left side and sick when you eat...I also had this same problem and it ended up being a very large abscess found by a CT scan/xray, This may not be your problem but I would call your Doctor today and tell him about your pain. So sorry to here of the passing of your Grandmother. Hope you get to feeling better soon.
