Oh my go****'s Friday !!!!
How did it get to be Friday already. This week sure has gone fast for me, how about for the rest of you???
Did my vitamins every day, exercised too. Started doing some self hypnosis tapes this week too to help with my staying on track with my eating. It says it can take up to 3 weeks for them to truly kick in. Must admit I really feel good after listening to them, they put you into a very relaxed state.
Friends coming over on Sunday to celebrate one of their birthdays. Looking forward to it.
My goals this week are to exercise, vitamins and to do my best to stay on track.

Sounds like you're doing great, Mary. Glad your hypnosis tapes are working.
I stayed on track this week with my H2O and exercising. Keeping calories in check also. Don't see too much of a change in weight this week which I guess can be a good thing since its not going up!
My goals this week will be to get my water and exercising in and watch what I eat.

Hey, I am glad the week went fast for you cause it felt like it took forever to me. I am doing water wonderfully, before each interview at work I stick the bottle in the freezer and when I am done it is just right, nice and icy. I bought a new bottle of vitamins on Saturday every new bottle means an accomplishment for me that I finished the old bottle. I have been trying to walk everyday and have been sucessful. My goals this week, more water, protein, vitamins and walking. Hope everyone meets their goals for the week.

Awesome job on the vitamins!!!!!! Great accomplishment. Good idea about freezing the water. I have 1/2 bottles of water that I freeze, then when we go out I fill the rest with water and put in insulated carrier. That way is this heat we always have fresh and cold water with us. A major help.
