How's everyone doing this wonderful day???? Hope you had a great week and that no problems came your way.
Did you stay on track? Did you get your vitamins and protein in? How are you doing?
Millie (our dog) got me up early this morning and then decided we weren't going back to bed. So I'm a bit tired to say the least. Week went well, got vitamins in each day and did some form of exercise daily too. Did mostly walking. Because of appts and workers here at the house didn't get to Curves but did walk.
My goals for this week are to exercise, get my vitamins & protein in. How about you?

I've done good this past week. Lost a pound! I seem to do so much better when I keep up with my calorie intake on fitday.com.
I didn't get my exercising in, but did do more yard work. I'm going to try to post a picture of my yard so that you all can see that I'm really working on it and how much I enjoy doing it.
