2/2/03 Open DS/bpd and hernia repair

Hi gang! I had wls about 13 wks ago...started at 478 day of surgery...left hospital 7 days later at 503 (water gain) and now am 432 I LOVE MY DS/bpd!!!! I dont feel deprived...havnt gotten sick at all....no complications and feel great! I Can fit into lawn chairs...reach my bum in the shower without a bathbrush, can walk and walk without pain in my legs now.....and so on. Life is getting better everyday. Last month only lost 6# in 4 wks...think it was from lack of eatting and drinking juice.....so I gave up juice and am drinking tons of water again and trying to get my 5-6 meals in a day. I feel better already and I have only been doing this for about 4 days! I have been outside more in the last month or two than I have in 2 yrs!! WOO HOO HUGS and HEALTH to ALL!
