Congrats on your surgery and weight loss!! I can't wait until next Thursday! My BFF asked if I was getting excited for my surgery and I told her no because I'm sooo hungry! Is it weird that I can't wait to eat?

I wish I only had 5 days to do, :-(. But on day 5 we have to weigh in and if no weight loss- cancelled surgery.... How mean!

I figured you would say that, but this is pure torture for me! Today I upped my water and had cabbage soup, but it still hasn't taken the edge off. They say by day 3 it gets easier. Well tomorrow is day 4, we shall see.
ps- I really don't understand how they expect "foodies" to stick with these types of diet. I wonder how long it takes the body to go into starvation mode...

Lol, that's funny, about being a spreadsheet nut. And I agree, sleeves are the big hype these days! I go over to the vsg board often because its more" livelier".

I'm a spread sheet nut! Every time some one posted there surgery and/or date I just put in my spread sheet. Never dreamed we would hit 60. When I had got my band there was only a dozen or two for the whole month. The make up is interesting too where there where band are now sleeves.

I'm on day three of my shake only diet. I would kill to have yours. Cottage cheese, yogurt, chicken tuna and eggs. At this point I think I might kill for these.

You will do great! I was down 17lbs the day of surgery. I'm 5 days post op now and can't wait to see the scales when I go back on Jan 22!
