My insurance made me participate in a six month mandatory weight loss program as a part of their bariatric medical policy. I can say it did seem to go by really fast. Now that it is right around the corner, time seems to be going by a little slower. I'd like to have surgery-pals around the same date I'm scheduled for so we can compare notes and experiences.

Hi, to everyone. i'm new to posting but been lurking on the OH website for sometime now. I'm scheduled for surgery on the 16th of January. I'm currently on full liquids and trying my best to adhere. Best of luck to all.
