January 24th!

Hello everyone!  I'm new to these forums.  I'm scheduled to have my sleeve done on 1/24.  I'm excited and scared at the same time.  I noticed many of you have to do pre-op liquid diets for many days, even weeks.   I only have to do a clear liquid diet the day before surgery.  Is that odd?

Depending on the surgeon I guess...I'm on a sugar free low carb diet. My surgery is the same day as yours. I am a revision from band to DS. There are plenty of people I see posting that are on clears for day of surgery. Good luck to you!
