I just want to encourage all of you who are getting ready to have your surgery this month! Be excited. This is a new beginning for you. I contemplated this surgery 5 years ago, and I am getting ready to finally have it. You will feel better than you have ever felt. I have read that the first week we may question WTH did we just do?? but Stay strong, this too shall pass!! WOOO HOOO can't wait to catch up with everyone in February!

I'm right there between you two. I did my pre-admission on 1/2 and the last nurse/nutrition class for instructions on 1/3 and start my liquid diet on 1/7.
