Some people lose slower than others but we have to keep on remembering, when is the last time you have lost that much weight and been able to keep it off. With our tools we actually have a fighting chance. We all can do it!

I stalled for 5 weeks. What I did was start to exercise everyday, I was very bad about that, upped my liquids by 500ml per day and stopped eating **** that was bad for me, like icecream and hotdog. Since 2 Mondays ago I have dropped 6lbs. Last Wednesday I was7 months post-op. Good luck with breaking your stall.

I am only 2 months out and have hit a stall period.  I have to admit, I am a little discouraged. As soon as I was done with the liquid diet, I stalled. I would like to know if anyone else has faced this as well and how to get over the hump, too! Thanks!

Anyone else hit the 6 month stall?  I am not letting it get me down, I am happy where I am considering where I started but of course I would like to lose more.  I have read about other people stalling around 6 months and haven't heard how long it last or how to get out of it.

I have finally made it onederland and I have lost 100lbs. I feel so much better now that I have some of this weight off. I am at 191 and want to get to about 150 or 140. I can't believe how much more I can do. Over the weekend I did dome spring cleaning and went up and down the stairs I don't know how many times but I was able to do this with very little effort. Before the surgery I would avoid the stairs at all cost. It feels so good to feel healthy again. I just wish I would have done this sooner.

I'm not gonna say much about the protein, as I struggle there too. But the gym... I don't get it. So that's not necessarily it either. I find if i don't get my water in, and start grazing the weight stays the same, or gains... yes i have had a gain. So what i'm gonna encourage it making sure you're drinking enough. I've found that to be a double blessing... i eat less when i get my fluids all in. And my body does like the liquids. I loose when I get my fluids.

Keep working, and keep watching what you're doing. You can do it! If I can, you can. I've failed at way to much in my life.
