I think you're doing great!  I've lost around 30 lbs since surgery... the other 20 lbs was pre-op.  I'm 5 weeks out.  I did have 11 days when I lost nothing, though, starting 12 days post-op.  I was told by a lot of people that they had experienced something similar, and that a stall at around that point is common.  Your body just needs to catch up a little.

Increasing your protein may help if you can, and especially working on your fluid intake to try to get it up to 64oz.  For the protein, if you're eating oatmeal, you might try switching to "Mad Hectic Oatmeal" (http://madhecticfoods.com).  It has 14g of protein per serving.  I just got some on Saturday and I love it (Strawberry Pecan for me so far, but there are 6 flavors).

Starting Weight: 277.5, Pre-op Weight: 259.3, Current Weight: 176.8

Going into this revision surgery I had two goals... One was to be well on the road to recovery.... DONE! And the second was to be below 230 by my birthday... today I stood on the scales and saw 229.0 pop up. HOW SWEET it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I turned 40. So I made them both!

Well my protein increases weekly by 10 grams. I like this method because it helps me ease into the protein stuff. Once I am at 8 weeks post op they want me to take in at least 80g per day but suggest 80-110g a day.
