I just had my Lap Band done on the 12th. I can tell you that COSCO has these awesome 30 gram protein shakes called Premier Nutrition. As far as the nerves hun I'm not real sure but since I am new here, I think you will have had your surgery by the time you recieve this reply. God speen honey. :)
