Deep breaths, LOL. I'm close behind you and can't wait.

As far as vitamins, Vitalady, she also has a protein sampler so you can try just about all of them.

I got the samples from Vitalady but thought I'd wait till after the surgery to try them.  I keep reading/hearing that our tastebuds change so I figured why waste them now.    I have finally found a multivitiam I like....Celebrate Chewables - Grape flavor.  Taking those 1 a day to get ready.

I would like to say that I have nerves of steel but I'd be lying.   I'm for the most part trying to stay busy and trying not to think about it but when I do it feels like I'm getting ready to give a presentation to 1000's of people.   I'm sure when I'm 7 days out I'll be coming back online asking how you did it. :D

Good Luck with the next couple of weeks!

I am right behind you with 10 days to go.  I have been taking vitamens for awhile but they are horse pills and I will need to switch to something chewable.   I have heard there are calcium citrate mini's.  Anyone ever heard of these or know where to get them?  My surgeon has told me to get the Flinstone chewable vitamens and take two per day.   What protein source did your surgeon have you start on?

Get your vitamins from Vitalady. And you can get a pill crusher.

Flintstones are for kids not bariatric patients.

Is vitalady a reliable source?  Is this  a company or a person?

She is a person who, like you are going to, had a RNY many years ago...did as her doctor told her and it almost killed her. She did the research and has studied. She has become the vitamin guru around her and has helped more people become healthy.

Check out her website, check out her posts here on the board, and ask around on the RNY board.
