I am having to drink the Isopure post-op and it was initially a nightmare. Now I dilute it with water and it is not half bad. More ounces of water to drink, but at least the protein is getting in.

I have also been fortunate to have a fairly easy recovery. My biggest challenges have been acidity, but I am controlling that with some meds, and there is some pain in my big incision.

i had surgery on jan 7th with dr.fitzer , i'm jsut curious to know if anyone used a juicer to drink fruits and vegetables? i am a big big fan of fruits and vegetables , but i don't know if i should
they say to follow the green sheet and not do anything other then whats written on that sheet
but just curious...lol

Just wanted everyone to know that surgery went well and that I am home now. I have a LOT of gas in my chest, but other than that I feel good. Now I have to just get in my fluids, walk, and take my vitamins. Thank you all for the prayers and well wishes!!

Hi,
All total including surgery and weekends, I am taking 10 days off. I go back to work on Monday. If I get there and cant make it thru the day, I will go home sick, but I have a desk job so I think I will be okay.
We have a treadmill at work so I will walk at lunch.
