Topic: 3 years out, oh how the tides have changed!

I dont dump, can eat almost anything and am up 37 lbs.  I am actually back into the obese category wearing a 10-12.  I finally got a grip this week with the help of a psychologist and will be taking at least 34 lbs off to feel comfortable again.  Warning to those who play with fire, for me sugar is the fire that made me fat again!

Saw your posting.

I am Dr. Higa's patient and I must say I was more than pleased. He is one of the best and I recommend him all of the time. I had my surgery on Dec. 28, 2011 and weighed in at 244 lbs, size 22/24. Today, just about 9 months later, I have met my goal and am down to 139 lbs and wearing a size 4/6.

My primary care physician is Dr. Nikki Donaldson who works out of the Sante Medical Group.

If you have any questions, please ask.

Best of luck,

Wendy Snyder-Crabtree

I wanted to know who was your primary doctor who gave you the referral? My doctor won't refer me to a bariatric doctor so I'm asking every one in my area. I live in Fresno. Thanks

I am doing horribly.  My hubby has been out of work for almost a year.  I have gained 21 lbs, 14 of those this year.  I cant seem to get a big handle on it.  I excercise a lot too.  I need help too!

It's today!  I am 7 lbs over my personal goal and at 2 years out, unfortunately I dont dump and can eat carbs.
I like being a 6-8 but feel the need to lose that 7 to be a size 46, wish me luck!

HI and congrats to you!  I wanted to be a size 4 but it didnt work out for me.  I am a 6-8, very disappointing and my 2 year surgiversary is a week away and I have already gained 10 lbs, but I only want to lose 7 of it.  Any tips for me?  I do walk everyday, I get all my protein and water in.

Topic: How are you doing?

I lost almost all my weight in the first year but this year has been a huge struggle. 4-5 months of bronchitis and loss of job (company closed). So many stressors... but I have only just started to gain again. I will figure this out.

How are you doing? Have you all made goal yet?

I wish you the best of luck!
