I'm trying my best to keep my eye on the prize! I weighted this morning and I haven't gained anything back, but I'm also not feeling well so no working out this morning.
I'm just ready for Christmas to pass so I can stop worring about gaining.
So, how much do you need to lose and when do you have to have it off?

I have to LOSE 15 lbs. It's not going well so far, either. I am starting to worry that my date is going to end up getting cancelled. :(

I'm a little worried too. Tomorrow I'm going to eat what want. I have a 2 week liquid diet before my surgery so that will take me from Dec. 20th. So I won't have to worry about Christmas weight. Friday is NOT a Holiday....so back on track! Remember NEXT Holiday season we will be content with little bites of our favourites and we will look and feel SO much better!

My surgeon is putting me on a high protein, low carb, low fat diet. I was given a specific menu for the 2 weeks. I start mine on 12/22, a day after yours!
We haven't gotten snow here in Illinois yet but the forecast says maybe tonight! Its on its way thats for sure. Hubby and I both predicted back in the summer that snow would hit during the 3rd week of November. We were pretty close! The past 2 winters have been pretty rough...lots of snow for an extended period of time. I'm crazy but I love the snow. I don't like shoveling it or driving in it but I think its beautiful. I've only been up here for 2 winters though so maybe that will change...who knows!

Great Lakes, Il? Do you have snow? I used to live in Michigan but it has been many years (don't want to totally date myself).
