My doctor put me on optifast for a month pre-op. I am in my second week and it is not to bad. I add almond, banana, rum, coconut extract to my shakes. It really helps with the taste. Good Luck everyone its not to bad.

I purchased mine today, I am going to do Meal Replacements. I purchased Strawberry Burst and Very Vanilla by Chike. I did a Google search and actually found some creative recipes. Good luck to u. I will post some ideas to help u once I start.

I'm on liquids for 2 weeks too.. i start Dec 28th. Not looking forward to it. I was thinking about Bariatric Advantage meal replacements.. anyone ever use these?
