January 8th is my scheduled surgery date. I am excited and scared all at the same time.  I think this feeling is normal but cant seem to shake it...Celebrating Jesus's birthday and the beginning of the rest of my life. 

I am not depressed just obsessed!  That is all I can think about-don't have a date for surgery but expected the pre-op nurse to call me today but NO call!!!! 

Merry Christmas.  I got insurance approval on Tuesday but no surgery date set yet!  Hopefully in January also for me!  I too am excited and anxious!

I will also have my VSG on 1/11/10 in NYC

I had to share this with everyone!
1 scoop Strawberry Chike
1 scoop Vanilla Chike
1 cup skim milk
1/4 cup of frozen mixed fruit (no suger added)
1 tbsp suger free chocolate syrup
add 1/2 cup skim milk and frozen fruit in blender with chike scoops, it will blend in a milk shake consistency add chocolate syrup and remaining skim milk and blend.
