Proud of you for your pre-op diet!! I will be starting mine about the 15th or so, right now though I am on the break up diet, since I was dumped by my boyfriend of two years three weeks ago. I have lost about 10 lbs that way, not healthy though... I can't wait to hear how yours goes, and I won't be far behind you my friend :)

Congratulations on getting your surgery date! I am a bit anxious too, but not about the surgery. I am anxious about making sure I stick to the rules. Like you I am reading everything I can get my hands on so I can make sure to be a success.
My surgery date is January 7th and I'm thrilled. I see that you are getting the lapband...it's a piece of cake. I have two friends (both men) who went through with it and both have lost approx 100lbs in a little over a year! They inspired me to go through with it.

Topic: what's the average calorie, fat and sugar intake that's recomended
today for lunch I had 334 cal, 39g protien, 0.7 g fat and 12g sugar...is this unreasonable?
