How is everyone doing? (pics)
Hello January buddies! I'm down somewhere in the 76-77 pound range. After my first month I have been averaging 13-14 pounds a month. At month 3 my appetite went down so I really focus on protein and I now take in 2 shakes a day since I still can't eat that much. I definitely eat leftovers mainly because I hate wasting food, but I have no issues and never got sick once after my surgery. I'm averaging about 750-800 calories, 90 grams of protein and carbs at around 35-40. My favorite source of protein is actually crab legs..soo good! My favorite snacks are Sargento's cheese sticks or Blue Diamond's flavored almonds. I also take 2 multi-viatmins, a B12, Viatmin A, 2 calcium chews, and Viatmin D 3 times a week.
I'm VERY active in the gym and workout 6-7 times a week over an hour each session. I just set a goal of doing a sprint triathlon in Dewey Beach on September 18th. I recently spoke to the nutritionist at my doctor's office about nurtrition while I'm training. The new goal is 100 grams of protein, and when training really starts to pick up to increase carbs to 100 grams (the nutritionist also does triathlons).

I can't figure out how to upload a picture, but I am down 75 lbs since surgery. I can't eat much in leftovers but I found it was the microwaving of the meat. It dries it out and that is why I can't tollerate it. So casseroles do okay but plain meats have to be baked. Things like gravy are too high in fat to use either.. I am so happy many of you are near gpal. I am only about 1/3 of the way there. But every day gets me closer.
Two main issues.. hair loss and constipation. Not doing much about hair loss right now. (started with a thick head of hair). but added benefiber and miralax to my diet for constipation for now.
