I'm 10 weeks post-op. I've had a few bad days where things were extremely difficult, but I've experienced many good days and a few weeks ago everything just seemed to click.  I'm down somewhere between 45-50 pounds, not as much as some of you, but I'm proud of every single one of those pounds and have worked very hard for them.

That's a great loss. I am about 12 weeks post-op and I feel really good. The holidays and get togethers are getting difficult for me because some cravings are coming back. However, I am resisting!!! Yea! I was working out like a mad woman and now I am getting lazy. I need to pick that back up. Over all I think I am doing well and I feel really well.

I am doing great. thank GOD I had no complications. Still trying to get in my protein and vitamins. I don't really see a big weight loss but others say they see it. I know I need to start keeping better track of those things. I need to weigh, I missed my 3 month appt calling tomorrow to reschedule. I have not weighed since 2/15/10.

I think that things are going very well for me.  I had a little problem for about a week when nothing would stay in me but I talked with my doc and got things straightened out.  I have lost 60lbs since I have started this journey, and feeling much better!

Hi,
I had rny on Jan 15th and am doing well.  I am down 38, really slower than anyone else, but a steady 2-3 lbs a week.
I am still struggling to get all of my water in and vary my protein between 70-95.  Getting everything in is a chore for me that I work everyday!
I feel so much better and am no longer on high blood pressure or asthma meds.  Woo hoo!
