It's been two days since anyone posted!  Where are you guys?!  What's been going on?  How are you feeling?  How's the eating going on?  Have any of you had dumping?  I haven't had any so far - thank God!  How much weight have you lost since surgery? 
Not much going on here in Charlotte, NC - been a little cold and dreary after a warm, gorgeous weekend!  I went mall walking yesterday, and today I am going to use the recumbent.  I've looked into a nearby gym, but wow, it's expensive.  I'm feeling more normal now, and am eating a little more, though still less than  800.  I've only lost 25 lbs. so I know I need to up the exercise.  I think I also need to have more protein shakes cause I still can't eat enough protein from food.  I'm getting tired of the shakes!  I've tried  all different shake recipes, but  protein is still the main ingredient!  I guess finding the right nutrition level with food/recipes and what and how much one can tolerate is an ongoing process.  Would love to hear from everyone!

Hi, there!  I hear ya on getting the protein in.  A lot has happened over this past week, and with very little food/water/vitamin intake, I feel so weak and yucky.  Heading to the deli over lunch to pick up some meat and cheese to munch on here at my desk.

Hubby wants to take me clothes shopping this weekend since my clothes are too baggy these days.  I think he has visions of mall shopping - what a waste to spend all that money on clothes that will only fit me for a few months! 

The snow has been melting here in Minnesota, so there's more hope for getting out and walking.

I'm down 30 pounds since the day of surgery. 

Mall walking is a good idea; not sure why I don't get out and do that!  :)  Thanks for mentioning it!
