Down, down, down my numbers went.

Then - the last 5 days - flatlined.  I'm cramming in those liquids the best I can, and I'm out walking.  Hopefully it's just a temporary glitch?  Anyone else plateau?

I know what you mean!  The scale hasn't moved for four days!!!!  This is so frustrating!

Try weighing once a week..

Don't get caught up in the scale right away...Do the plan and every so often the body needs to recover.  It used to be losing a pound a week was great. Now you are working at it you will lose a bit more than that.. but daily you may not.

Don't live to weigh your self.. Follow the plan and the weight will come off.

We can set ourselves up for failing and that is part of why some of us needed the surgery... But we don't want to fail anymore so just be patient and don't judge daily by weighing yourself. Ever non gained pound is a sucess..

Although don't think that I haven't weighed myself a bit this 10 days since surgery... just don't let that scale define you!

Take care..

I wouldn't worry too much, our body is still in shock mode as we just had MAJOR surgery!  Keep doing what you are doing and you will see the change eventually!  I also know i've lost inches rather than lbs...cause my clothes are getting really loose!  Good luck and keep up the good work!  Stay positive! :)

I agree, don't focus on the scale.  The weight IS going to come off no matter what.  Weighing might only disappoint you instead of keeping you focused on the program.   Hang in there!

Try a plateau for 3-4 weeks! Im starting to go crazy. It's hard this early in the game to hit a dead spot and be happy you even did the dam surgery. Can't eat anything, busting butt like crazy @ gym feeling soar like my legs are going to pop out of socket. and all just to see that same number of 222.0 on the scale. Oh well. @ least I get to see those hot guys at the gym.  LOL

I was down 30# in the first month, then since Feb 1, only lost 3.   I finally called the nut last week to have her review my diet.  She says everything's great and that this is normal and to give the scale a break.  Eventhough I haven't lost most I can really see the changes in my body and how my clothes fit.  So hang in there.
