starting 3 week post op anyone used juicer ???

i had surgery on jan 7th with dr.fitzer , i'm jsut curious to know if anyone used a juicer to drink fruits and vegetables? i am a big big fan of fruits and vegetables , but i don't know if i should
they say to follow the green sheet and not do anything other then whats written on that sheet

Im not sure about a juicer, I'm sure it will be ok though - however it may be best to stick with what your Dr has told you. I use a single cup blender and put different fruits in with my protien powder. I've read that berries are the best though, because of the sugar content.
