I feel a lot more encouraged when i try on something and it doesnt fit, i dont have to fold the sides over to clip the hanger on.....All I do now is just put the hanger on and go for the next SMALLER size...yea!!!!!!!!!!!

I have noticed that when I am in the stores the clerks actually pay more attention to me. Now granted, I never thought I was  being ignored but now I realize I sort or was.
That part of it sucks that people have to be that way. But I love this new exciting chapter of my life!

That is fantastic!! I know it feels good to get the weight off. I have lost 72 pounds since surgery and 86 all together. I feel like a new person.
Way to go!
Praying for a healthy and thinner 2009.

LOTS!  I can keep up with my kids ... I exercise & like it!  I can tie my shoes w/out having my face turn red!  I cook all the time, compared to going to fast food restaraunts every day.  I LOVE shopping ... FOR ME, not just my kids anymore!  I could go on and on all day ... I am so happy I lost all this weight .... and to tell you the truth, I would NOT be sad if I didn't lose another pound, I am happy with the way I look & feel!

My energy level is amazing.  I feel like I can do more.  I can wrestle w/my boys and not feel restricted.  I sleep more soundly.  I can cross my legs w/out them getting numb. LOL.

I feel better about myself.  I feel more confident and care free.

My cholesterol went down 80 points.
My meds have been reduced.
I can now feel the muscles I am building.

I love it.  The best decision made this year.

Don't beat yourself up about it, sounds like you DID pay for it, and will think before you act upon your craving next time.  Sweets are NOT out of our diet, remember that.  BUT, you have to know your limit, seems that 2 cupcakes were OVER your limit.  I bet you don't want to feel like that again .... been there, done that.

I have had 3 birthday parties in the last week, I sooooo went over my "tasting" for the cake.  Did I pay, no ... BECAUSE at every party I had a SLIVER of cake.  If you tell yourself you CAN'T have something EVER, you want it THAT MUCH MORE.  So, treat yourself some day's when your cravings get the better of you.  If you have sweets, eat a bit then have a glass of MILK ... works for me everytime & gets some protein in!
