Welcome to the board and congrats on your date. I'm having mine in Baltimore too, at Bayview. Have you joined the Maryland board yet? there are alot of people there that have used Dr. Singh. Best wishes only 1 month to go.

Hello - I'll be banded on January 20th...I had wished for earlier so I would have been on liquids for Christmas...I didn't do so well. I can't wait for the new year! I've started researching soups that are veggie rich and full of flavor for my 2 weeks (so I won't only be tasting protein shakes)...anyone have some good ones to share?

It is so hard this time of year,I too am on liquids only and am suffering along with you. I have to look at lots of before and afters to try and keep focused. Night time is the worst. good luck to you.
