Thanks for your support. I am getting the lap band. I woke up this morning kinda freaking out that I only have one month left. It may be really weird but everytime I eat something that I know that I won't be able to have after the surgery , I feel like I am saying goodbye to it forever.

yeah im am so nervous and then i have appointment next week and the week after and then its time...oh my i have butterflies in my tummy just writing this...yeah staying busy helps time pass.... wow gotta take a deep breath anxiety kickin in

yeah its really close...im getting nervous and anxious and scared...i know everything will be alright i want to do my best and stick to the plan....just a few more days guys and its our time to shine :)

Shhhh... I started on Dec 26th!! My Dr only requires a 2 week liquid diet, but I slacked off on my low carb diet, so I'm starting a little early!

I am in search of getting free samples but have only found one site, www.smartforme.com, does anyone have any other sites. My surger is 1/8/09 and I am trying to stock up.

I go for my appt to start Medifast tomorrow morning. Have you ever heard of anyone being soooo excited to start a liquid diet???

Congratulations, and welcome to the Jan. forum. You'll be surprised at how fast the time goes by. Mine is coming up fast on 1/6. I'm getting very nervous, but I'm also excited. This forum will be a great support for all of us.
