I'll probably just miss you at Sister's. My surgery is the 6th- if all goes well I'll be going home on the 8th or the morning of the 9th. Are you having the band? I noticed that you have Dr. Viglianco listed, and I know that he's not doing RNY anymore.

I have been on my low carb diet for 2 days now and I am doing really well. I did get really hungry about 3 pm, but this happens every day, so I ate a cheese stick. Anyway, I am so proud of myself. I guess I need to get one of those weighloss tickers so I can keep track of myself. I am going to weigh myself every stinking day.......hehehehe.

Yes! I am excited! He seems so nice! What part of FL are you from? We are just north of Jax, Dr Jawad is the closest surgeon that TriCare will cover. Its a little hike but I think this will be worth it!

Love the name, you will do great with the liquid diet and surgery. I will be praying for you. I agree about the measurements, my doctor suggested taking your picture in a door way from front , back and side ways. he said then you can see the actual changes as they occur. My surgery is the day after yours...

I am surely nervous...

thank you. I think I will feel much better once it's here. I was just talking to the surgeon's nurse and she suggested a liquid diet for 2 days before. I think I have a little guilt since I have not told my brother that I am doing this and I haven't told my sister or too many friends. I think because I expect them all to be negative about doing it, they are all thin and just say oh..you want to get the weight off, just diet and stick to it. As you all know its just not that easy. Anyway, thanks for the support. I will keep you updated
