Well my surgery is exactly 16 days away and I am getting a little nervous. I know I am in very good hands with Dr. Gould but it is still a major surgery. I just want it to get here and be over with, I am so looking forward to starting my new life after surgery its just all the waiting that I have had to do and now my surgery scheduled for 1:40 in the afternoon. so I have all moring to sit and think about it not that I am not always thinking about it know.
I am hoping to find some of Dr. Goulds patients on here to be able to ask them some questions. So if you have had Dr. David Gould as your surgeon at Elliott Hosp. in NH please send me a message.
Thanks,
Lynn

Welcome to the January board and congratulations on your surgery date. You will be well prepared and you'll do great with your liquid diet too. It's a challenge but keep you eye on the prize and time will pass in no time.
Can't wait until we're all sitting on the losers bench!

You have given me some great suggestions, thanks SO much. I was toying with the Bariatric Advantage vitamins, but hate to spend that amount on them if I won't like the taste in the end. The Flintstones complete sounds like the way to go for now. I will also need to get my chewable calcium although, UCSF where I will have my surgery says Tums are ok. HUH! I will also look for the Slimfast you mentioned ats that's great on protein. I will look for that.
Please keep in touch. I would love to add you to my friends list, please feel free to do the same.
